SHIPPING POLICY

The Earth Grown Company ships all domestic and international packages via Hermes First Class Postage. 

​

We prefer to ship to addresses verified by our system, and will reach out to confirm any unverified addresses.

​

The Earth Grown Company will ship to an unverified address with customer confirmation, but cannot be held responsible for any delivery issue.

​

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed.

​

We ship packages Monday-Friday. 

​

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

​

If an order is received on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day.

DELIVERY

Domestic orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

​

International orders: Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery, as customs procedures may vary.

​

Customs fees may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer. 

​

We can offer a coupon for your next order if this occurs. Please reach out to our Customer Service department: support@theearthgrowncompany.com

If you experience issues with delivery, we request that you reach out to your local post office with the tracking number and see what information can be provided. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept unopened product for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase date. You must initiate your return and refund with our operations department Support@theearthgrowncompany.com.

​

Opened packages are not refundable due to regulations that we strictly adhere too.

​

We do not accept returns due to taste. Our products are made using a  natural plant extract which can vary in flavor.
